Curls won’t last no matter what

No amount of hair spray, rollers, 20s of cold shot, etc. will make my curls last over 1 hour. With the price I expected more
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick and easy

I am not a person who spends a lot of time on her hair. This dryer is helping me have nice hair. It's quick and easy to use. Very expensive!

Not good for fine hair that tends to frizz

I watched the demo videos and could not get my medium-length fine and curly hair to look good. I gave it several weeks, hoping that I would get the hang of it. Every time I used it, just frizzy. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us here. We're sorry to hear that you've found your Airwrap to be disappointing, thus far. There is definitely a learning curve when using the Airwrap, especially for fine or curly hair - and the results you can expect will vary depending on your hair length, texture, etc. If you are noticing a lot of frizz after styling with the Airwrap, you may wish to use a styling serum or oil on the hair, prior to styling. One tip I have recently learned from a stylist was to apply a serum or oil to wet hair, wrap, and let sit for 15-20 minutes, prior to styling. We do have a 30-day return period as well, for any Dyson purchased directly from us. Life changing , Game changer

Once u learn the tools. It is amazing. Cuts down on blow dry time. When using the curl wrap attachment it is less heat on the hair since I do need a curling iron. I have talked 5 maybe more friends have purchased the product since. And they are extremely grareful.
If given an opportunity as a hairstylist I would be able to be apart of the team to test the products. I have been in the industry for over 20 years. The product sells itself. I will let clients try my personal one out. They have never gone back I actually have clients where u work purchase one for their summer home and home in town. We do not sell them at lifetime salons I have requested the option because it would easily be one of my top sellers.

Best product I owned

I loved...loved it. Now I can dry and style my hair everyday and not worrying about anything. Most of all it saved me more time as well three in one features is what I called: dry, straightened/curls and style.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s a good tool but to expensive to what it does!

The airwrap it’s very easy to use but the curls don’t hold much, it’s a good tool and I’ll keep it but it’s to expensive comparing with the job it does ! I just wish was stronger or had more useful attachments.

I have electric rollers, steam rollers, curling irons, dryers with attachments—-none stand up to my new Dyson!!! I absolutely love it and my poker-straight fine hair stays curly all day and is even acceptable the second day! It is pricy, but I’m hoping this will be my last hair appliance purchase!!!
