It’s very easy to use! I love all the attachments and that I can do different hairstyles. My hair has never looked better.

Expensive for What You Get

After watching all the Dyson videos they send to you I realized I wasn't curling my hair the most effectively to keep long lasting curls. But everything I learned can be done on a less expensive brands equipment. I'm not getting curls because of the Dyson, I'm getting curls because of the techniques I learned. You can buy what you need separately and watch the videos online that teach about pinning the curls, using hairspray, etc.. I like the dryer/brush for straightening but other companies make these for a lot less too. The only thing you might not get elsewhere is the automatic twisting curling barrel. If you have long hair it saves your arms from fatigue, especially since I am curling much smaller sections than I used to. For that reason alone, I am keeping my Dyson. But, I don't think it's worth the price. Also it comes in a huge fancy box that is completely unnecessary. I would have preferred a simple travel case instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of its high price tag and my only regret is I didn’t do it sooner. Worth every penny. Salon style blow out everyday!

Works easily

I have very thick curly hair and a bad left shoulder. The Airwrap allows me to effectively dry my hair and style to my liking mostly with one hand. It is also lightweight and the multiple tools works extremely well

My Dyson air wrap

This air wrap is the most amazing machine ever. I was hesitant to buy it because it’s very expensive. I had only ever used it at my hairdresser. She would use the brush tool to dry my very long 22 inch hair now that I’m using it myself I get most of the water out of my hair, then I section my hair off and I use the brush to dry it. Then I use the different barrels to Curl it. Not only is it completely sexy, but it’s very healthy. It doesn’t stink like a curling iron. It’s shiny and it last for seven days .
I would recommend this product to anybody who uses a curling iron and a blow dryer on a weekly basis. I only wash my hair once a week, so this is one of the best investments I could own.
I still use my regular bio ionic dryer to dry my bangs during the week after I work out. But as a tool to style your hair after you wash it, this is the one to buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice product, poor support

I like the air wrap and am learning to use it, but wish it came with clearer written instructions about the various attachments.The videos are slow to load and less easy to navigate. For a standard blow dry, I prefer my Dyson supersonic dryer with the flyaway attachment- the air wrap leaves my hair frizzier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While the machine does have a learning curve due to the new technology like the Coanda barrels and the intelligent heat control, we do have a Dyson Hair Support page for curl retention and different styling guides.
While everyone is different, we certainly wouldn't expect hair to feel frizzy after use. As you may know, Our hair is an extension of our blood system, so medications, stress, surgeries, etc can cause issues with your hair. If your hair is colored regularly or even over moisturized this may also be contributing. We would recommend visiting with your hair stylist to see if a neutralizing shampoo may help or help with other tips on getting your hair to a healthy level.
While everyone is different, we certainly wouldn't expect hair to feel dry/brittle after use. As you may know, Our hair is an extension of our blood system, so medications, stress, surgeries, etc can cause issues with your hair. If your hair is colored regularly or even over moisturized this may also be contributing. We would recommend visiting with your hair stylist to see if a neutralizing shampoo may help or help with other tips on getting your hair to a healthy level.

Not for a lot /thick hair. Curls don’t stay!

I read every blog and watched every YouTube video to ensure I nailed every product and technique. The blower and brushes were great. The curler l? No. It picks up very little hair at a time, so if you have a lot of hair it takes twice as long. I mousssed, sprayed and cooled the curls. But when I went to pull them apart a few hours later- they disintegrated. Not worth the money! Returned it and got the dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
