Curls don’t last

I tried several times but could never get the curls to last more than 40 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure if it’s worth the money

It is not holding the curls at all. I do one side and it looks amazing once I start on the other side. The side thst is done it dies. Not sure what to do.
Also does this tool burn your hair when you use the round
brush. ?
My niece had the old version and I tried it and it was good. Not sure about the new one
Even my daughter has thinner hair than mine and same thing. Not holding the curls. It was disappointing for the money we spent

The Airwrap's barrels feature the Dyson Coanda technology, so it grabs and wraps your hair around the barrel for styling. You can switch directions for each side of your head. We do understand there is a learning curve with the newer technology, and do have the Dyson Hair Styling Guides for styling and curl retention on the Dyson website.

Didn’t work

I used it only once successfully then it wouldn’t stay on. It kept turning off on its own as if it was getting too hot or the filter was dirty. Having only used it once, I still cleaned the filter even through it wasn’t dirty and it just wouldn’t stay on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My favorite

It’s my favorite and my first expensive hair product. Just love how my hair looks and feels after using it, I only used 2 barrels. I’m a rookie and still learning by watching videos. I just hope there was some virtual consultation in Dallas, Texas on how to use other barrels but it’s awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to justify the price of this, and after two uses, I was sad. I didn’t have it years ago.!!
Guess what? My 26-year-old is getting for her birthday from the family! She’s going to cry she’s going to be so happy.

Good but like the original better

I own the original pink air wrap and love it, which has the shorter barrels. Seen this one and figured with the new features would be a good purchase. The brush attachments all work as well as the previous. The hair dryer attachment is ok. Kind of odd to use, with the bar and I Don’t less frizz then the original blower attachment . The long barrels don’t wrap as good as the shorter ones. Curls hold less and seem less defined. The attachments from previous and new are Interchangeable which I like so I have a back up unit. Id say its A good buy if you don’t own an air wrap. It’s a good product but comparing to previous one I find it less desirable. My hair is shoulder length so I thought the longer barrels would be better, maybe if you have very long hair you may like this one better. I do like the twist action vs changing barrels for curling on each side. Quality product, appears made well. Color is pretty.

Crap don’t buy

Does nothing I have long fine hair and it just falls out the curl not worth the money. Wish I could get a refund. And I watched the videos on how too.

There is definitely a learning curve when you begin using this styler; it can take awhile to get the hand of the Coanda airflow, and getting styles to last. Having said that, we do also offer a 30-day return period, so if you did purchase your Airwrap from us and are within that time frame, we'd be more than happy to help initiate a product return.
