Absolutely love my Airwrap! Got this for a gift for Christmas and it is a game changer for my long hair. You definitely have to use product in your hair for your curls to stay, but no big deal. Curls are beautiful and I get compliments on my hair all the time because off this product. I wouldn't hesitate buying this if you're hesitant. Love, love, love!

Worth every penny

So simple and versatile to create a variety of professional looks.
Do need to add styling product for curls to hold but otherwise it is perfection.
Better than most professional blow outs.
Does not damage hair.
Worth every penny.

Dries hair fast

I bought this product several months ago and have not used it very much. It is difficult to use. When I get it out and use it, it is effective. I find it hard to figure out which direction the attachment blows. It works but it is awkward to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money and time

I bought the refurbished air wrap it does not smooth the hair, takes a long time to blow dry the hair, the curls last for an hour. Just wasted a lot of money.

This is the worst product I have ever used. DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY ON THE AIRWRAP. I’m telling you, it can’t hold a curl, my hair looks fried after using it, and it’s way out of its price range. I could understand spending the money if it worked great but it sucks. Please do not let influencers convince you to buy this product. I would do anything to be able to get this refund. It’s not like it’s just me who hates it. I bought one for a family member too and it’s the WORST mistake I’ve ever made. Dyson please make this right.

I have now bought 2 in a six month period. My daughter uses mine all the time so I got her one for Christmas. Definitely worth every penny and will last a very long time.
