[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product does outstanding for drying, brushing and curling hair. Straightening needs a lot of improvement. Even with watching multiple tutorials to make sure it's being used properly, it never comes out straight without a ton of product in your hair first. Best advice - wet your hair first before styling!

After waiting months on the waitlist, I finally received my Dyson Airwrap! The curls truly come out bouncy, hold and look fabulous! It’s worth the hype

Ok but not great

I got this as a Christmas gift, I like the ease of not having to change curling barrels as I move from left to right but no matter what I do, the curls don’t hold and the round brush is too small to offer and real volume and just tangles in my hair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great investment

This thing is amazing. If your hair doesn’t hold curls easily it might be frustrating, but I think the loose curls/blow out look is more in style anyway. It is so easy to use and so effective. Did a full blow out and curls in 20 min.

Dyson is the best

I bought two, I was so impressed with that. I bought one for my daughter and had it shipped to her. When I visited her, I noticed mine was gone, and she was using it. She had left her other one in their motorhome. So now I’m looking to buy a third one. This is the best product ever made. My only complaint is for the price. They definitely could’ve put a handle on the case when I travel to real pain to try and carry that case with no handle.

Worth the investment

I bought mine in 2020 so I did have to upgrade my parts but it's still nice to have a spares incase something happens to the new parts. But everytime I use this product everyone gives me compliments about how my hair looks like I just got it done at the salon. Im not a girl who wants to go for a blow out at the salon so this has actually saved me hundreds of dollars in the last 3 years. The greatest thing is that it doesnt cause any heat damage which in itself is worth every penny. I would even suggest if your a hairdresser this will bump up your services.
