Returning: I found it to be pretty easy to use but my hair looked like I had been in a convertible with the top down. Definitely not what I thought for the price.

Received this as a gift and I was so excited to use it. I thought the curling aspect was wonderful until I finished and within 15 min all my curls were gone. It doesn't hold a curl at all after another 10 min my beautiful curls turned to frizz, and I have straight hair. I tried 3 more times using the tutorials thinking i was doing something wrong and used product to help hold the curl and it still didn't work. All the attachments make it too much of a project to work and keep changing attachments for drying/straighten and curling. I can't return it as my son would be crushed that his very expensive gift didn't work. This is a waste of money for the well-known Dyson brand. What a shame!!!!!

My AirWrap worked great for a week and I was just starting to learn how to use it, then it stopped working. After sitting on hold for 45 min with Dyson support I was told to return it for a replacement. Something as simple as "flashing red light means it's dead" was too complicated for the support bot. Now they estimate 10 to 12 business days (meaning 2-3 weeks) to ship the replacement AFTER they received my return. So it worked for a week and it will take at least a month to get a replacement.

It worked great for the first week and now I have to clean the filter every day to get it to work and even then it doesn't always work. When it works properly I do quite like it.

This was the gift I never knew I needed!!! My hubby shocked me with this purchase and I’m blown away at how well it works. My hair is healthier and bouncy. I’ve had tons of compliments. I’m so happy with the AirWrap!!
I have very fine oily hair medium length that has bleach damage. I have had this since Christmas and it’s been a game changer. My hair has never looked so good. I always blow dry with it then style with 1 of the attachments and it looks like I have been to the salon. You can’t see any of my hair damage like I would when I would use my others hair dryer and styling tools.
Gave this styler multiple chances, but way too awkward and the style doesn’t last because the heat is too low. Great concept and design but poor delivery.
