Not worth the money - doesn’t work

Although I loved the blow drier and smoothing attachments, I simply did not like the curling barrels. The curls fell out immediately after I curled the strand, even though I used the cool shot setting each time. I have naturally wavy thick Indian hair- I smoothed it out with the bristle brush attachment which worked like a charm before curling. I also tried using a hood spray, tried curling my hair at different levels of dampness, on different heat settings, different air flow settings but nothing made the curls stay for longer than 30 seconds. I was extremely disappointed. I will return it and buy something else that is 1/10 the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the air wrap

I have used other less expensive versions and they is no comparison when it comes to the Dyson it works so much better and have received compliments on my hair

Exceeded Expectations

Considering that I have previously used a friend's Airwrap, I felt fairly certain that I had a handle on what to expect, but somehow my expectations were exceeded. I have never been able to dry and style my hair in the morning before heading out the door. The brush attachment makes it incredibly easy to dry enough in a matter of minutes to switch over to the barrels, which are incredibly easy to use and effective. I've had so many compliments on my hair since using this multi tool. I've also been able to keep up with it daily without it feeling like a chore because it is just that easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s not what I thought it was going to be

I have the blow dryer and I love Dyson products and I wanted the air wrap. I have had it over a month and I love the way my hair looks and I love the bouncy curls and it won’t hold no matter what I try. I have longer hair but I have gone back to my old hair curler. I love all the features and for 600 I wanted to love this. However I just haven’t fell in love with it and I’m bummed

This hair tool is incredible. I love that the heat reaches a temperature where it won't fry your hair. The smoothing brushes are truly smoothing and they leave my hair feeling silky; I also notice that they don't yank at my hair and thus there aren't many 'lost' hairs in the process. I still need to get a hang of the airwrap attachment as my curls won't last, but this is something I'll use every once in a while versus the dryer/ smoothing brushes that I use every day.

Better than expected (and that's saying a lot)

Like other reviewers, I needed some practice to learn which attachments to use and when, how to use them the right way, and even then had to refine the process (USE THE COOL-AIR BUTTON TO SET YOUR CURLS!). Now, I'm just dazzled by this tool. It's lighter to hold than a traditional dryer, FAR gentler on my fine hair, and styling results are better. I absolutely love it!

Took me a while to actually buy this due to the cost, but WOW am I glad I did. I haven’t had to use a straightener since I got it and it has my hair from wet to straight in 5 minutes! Best investment ever.
