Randomly had a friend use the air wrap n my hair and I was so impressed at the ease and my hair looked fabulous. I have a lot of hair and volume. My husband surprised with one when we got home, since once I mention I wanted 1 for years, but I didn’t want to pay that kind of money if it wasn’t 100%. I thought it would be hard to learn, but it’s been so easy, fast and fun. Put all my other hairdryer, curling iron and blow brush in a bag to give to a friend. Found my forever hair tool. Thanks

Lack of instructions

I am sorry to say I'm very disappointed in this. I've watched the videos, can wrap my hair but it doesn't stay. I've talked to stylists and am just completely unimpressed

I've had my Dyson just over two years (5/21) and after two years it just completely stopped working. Doesn't turn on. Doesn't make any noise. Filter and everything is clean. It just stopped. For how much this product is you would think it would last longer. Of course it's not past the warranty. Extremely disappointed
