Voy a dar mis más sinceras opiniones, quería calificar con una estrella pero le daré 2 y explico porque! No vale de mucho mi comentario, pero hace un mes me regalaron la Dyson y honestamente tuve que hacer prueba de autenticidad porque no podía creer que estuviera tan mal, el cepillo no funciona parece que viene derretido de donde se coloca, o se derritió por el aire no se!!! Y tienes que agarrar poco cabello en cada accesorio que uses no importa en cual, literal muy poco cabello!!! Y si agarras más el seguro no funciona, el artefacto te queda en el cabello y la Dyson en la mano, está demasiado sobrevalorada, lo peor no la puedo regresar fue un regalo y me da mucha vergüenza que mi pareja haya gastado tanto dinero, y yo estaba tan emocionada; no puedo negar que le di una estrella más, porque al menos si dispones 3 horas de tu tiempo, (en mi caso, pues mi cabello es largo) pues te maltrata menos el cabello que las máquinas tradicionales, la presentación es muy linda, y el color ni se diga, pero los resultados en lo personal no fue para mi. Me duele más a mi; este comentario que a Dyson lo prometo.

Very disappointed

I received this as a gift and was so excited to use the air wrap to curl my hair. At first I had big voluminous curls but 30 minutes later my hair was completely straight. I started watching some YouTube’s for pointers to get better results and tried several different methods including setting sprays and pinning the curls up for an hour and then using a ton of hair spray but despite all this the curls kept falling out in record time. This doesn’t happen with a traditional curling iron so I’m confused why this product doesn’t work for me but I had to return it. It doesn’t make sense to spend this much money and have to jump through hoops just to make it work for me and even when I did all that it still didn’t work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new Dyson Airwrap. I can dry and style my hair so fast. It stays for days and I’m not having to wash my hair as often. I was shocked to see less hair falling out while drying and styling. There is a learning curve but I found that watching videos really helped me.
Absolutely love it! This single handedly has cut my styling time in half. My hair is very curly and thick and the attachments glide right through and get my hair sleek and straight. I highly recommend this product, especially if you’re a straight natural like myself.
Already quit working. Used it 7 times. Totally disappointed
