I really wanted to love this product, but it is not for curly hair. The air wrap does not justice to curly hair, leaving it feeling coarse and unmanageable.

My hair is too thick for this to work efficiently. I received it as a birthday gift and had never used one before. After trying it out, I watched tutorials online and even went to the store where my husband purchased it for additional guidance. Despite a couple of tutorials, I still didn't like it. I intended to return it, but I was told I couldn’t because it had been opened. How else was I supposed to try it without opening it? Very frustrating!

Waste of money

I tried it several times. It makes my hair so frizzy. Curl does not last long . It lasts less than 15 minutes. It is overpriced and is not worth it all all. Very disappointing.
I do not recommend it at all.

I'm very sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been up to our normal high standard. We do our best to provide a first class service to all our customers, I'm concerned to see that we've disappointed you on this occasion.
I have had the styler for a month and have to use my roller brush and the Dyson to dry hair straight. I have thin but curly hair and using the roller brush attachment does not take all the curl out and does not leave a smooth look. The curling attachment is great and the styler overall is lightweight. I do not think it is worth the cost though.
I have been a Dyson disciple for quite awhile - two vacuums, bought another one for my mom - and I'd been eyeing the Airwrap for at least a year. I finally decided to buy it and cannot believe I waited so long. It has made styling my cut so much easier, straightens my annoyingly frizzy hair, and has been all around a great investment. I have chin-length hair and had been hesitate to buy it because all the Dyson videos I'd seen were shoulder-length or longer. I finally found some consumer vids with shorter hair that gave me the confidence to buy it. I wish I'd found those videos sooner. But I can't imagine not having it now!
