Bought a couple weeks ago. Really love the color. I thought I was getting the long barrels like from the link off some YouTube video I watched but instead got the short barrels. First time buying Dyson hair products and from the very beginning I wasn't very pleased with how expensive it is. Delivery dates were wrong and the back and forth about the barrel confusion was just a bit much. Almost as if Dyson was avoiding the issue. Yes it comes with alot of things and the color is beautiful but honestly for the price it's not worth it. Not sure why they say they don't have the long barrels when they obviously do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you're not having a 5-star experience with your new Special edition Dyson Airwrap™ styler Complete. When purchasing an item on the Dyson website, you are able to view exactly what is included in the box, and will arrive with your order. The Prussian Blue/Rich Copper is a limited, special edition release. This kit comes with the 1.2" barrels, 1.6" barrels, round volumizing brush, soft smoothing brush, firm smoothing brush, pre-styling dryer, storage case, storage bag, paddle brush, detangling comb, a filter cleaning brush and the non-slip mat.
While we do carry longer barrels in other colorways, in the US, we have not released them in the Prussian blue/Copper color. We're sorry if that somehow caused any confusion. We have not been given any definitive information on if, or when, we might have these longer barrels available to match this colorway.

Curl Does Not Hold

I bought this about a month ago because I had saved for this and was so excited, but I am so disappointed that I spent so much money on something that does not work well on my hair. I have had to go back to my cheap curler in order to get my hair to stay.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use thus far, you've found your experience with the Dyson Airwrap™ styler to be so disappointing. I'm also sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your curls lasting.
The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.
Dyson takes feedback from our owners seriously, as we understand that the comments we receive from our customers help us continue to move forward and create technology that makes sense. When designing technology, we are conscious to make sure that our products interact most efficiently for and with our customers. Although we're not able to guarantee satisfaction of all our customers, we have made provisions that allow a customer to return a product within 30 days of receipt, if ordered directly from Dyson. If you've made the purchase elsewhere, we'd recommend checking with that retailer's return policy to see if you're eligible for a return.

Best overall hair tool

I recently purchased the airwrap and agree that it’s changed hairstyling forever. The fact that you can both dry and style simultaneously is amazingly efficient. Also I feel like I’m saving my hair from extreme heat. So happy with this purchase!

I have long thin hair that I can’t ever curl nicely nor does it hold curl. The air wrap changed both of those!! Not only is it easy to use (once I got the hang of it— there is a learning curve) but my hair holds curl for days!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m just not a fan… my hair (by the roots) was noticeably frizzy … I’m just not feeling it … I’ve had it for a while now and used it a few times… I’m ready to move on

Absolutely love the air wrap!! It is very east to learn how to use and does not disappoint. Wish you were able to chose long or short barrel when ordering because I had to order long barrels after. (hair is just below shoulders) Working on how to get curls to last little longer.
