Very disappointed

I had very high expectations for this product. I watched videos. My hair comes out frizzy and unruly. Major disappointment!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the quick drying feature without extreme heat.
However i am somewhat disappointed with the styling features. Maybe i need more practise but so far I am unsucccessful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, with the newer technology--including the Dyson Coanda technology that grabs and wraps the hair around the barrels--we do understand there is a bit of a learning curve.
