Absolutely love this product

I bought this last month. I took with me to my color appointment and had my hairdresser test it out. We both loved it. The round brush give SO MUCH volume.

This is amazing!! All in one I can dry my hair and style it. I was skeptical at first, thinking it would not work on my thick, coarse, dry, and damaged hair. I was wrong!! My hair was sleeker and shinier than it ever has been with NO flyaways!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have short hair and would still have to buy the additional longer barrels that idk doesn’t sit right with me. For some people this isn’t a big amount for them but, for me it’s basically almost my whole paycheck. Plus, it didn’t work the way I hoped because I needed the longer barrel for my short hair. Just no.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's disappointing to hear that the regular length barrels included with this kit did not work well for your hair. Some Airwrap kits, including the Complete do not come standard with long barrels. We have on occasion in the past had kits that did include those, however those have been out of stock for awhile. We do carry the long barrels separately, along with other attachments, should those be desired.
Dyson takes feedback from our owners seriously, as we understand that the comments we receive from our customers help us continue to move forward and create technology that makes sense. When designing technology, we are conscious to make sure that our products interact most efficiently for and with our customers. Although we're not able to guarantee satisfaction of all our customers, we have made provisions that allow a customer to return a product within 30 days of receipt, if ordered directly from Dyson. If you've made the purchase elsewhere, we'd recommend checking with that retailer's return policy to see if you're eligible for a return. If we can help with anything further, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us again.

This has made styling my hair extremely easy! I no longer have to spend time blow drying AND styling! Great tool to accomplish the style I love without wasting so much time!

Not worth the money!

I’m surprised as decent as the vacuums have been that this setup was lacking power. The blower is weak and doesn’t get hot. All the Combs are lacking performance I get the concept but the air flow isn’t what they intended it to be. Maybe if the price was half of what it is it might be worth it. I’ll probably just return this one or sell it for parts. Maybe the next model will be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing I regret is waiting so long to buy

So happy that I bought this! It cuts the amount of time it takes to dry my hair in half. Once I got the hang of doing beach waves, they look amazing and last all day! The only think I don’t love is how small the round brush is. I want something bigger for volume. I also wish there was a way to pick and choose fewer accessories because I’ll never use all of them, so it seems wasteful. But the technology is amazing, dry time is fast, and I love that it doesn’t get extremely hot. Great investment!
