Useless product

After watching so many videos couldn’t able to style my hair…for me waste of money

Hello Rashmi, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Airwrap™ Complete Styler was designed for those who want the versatility of a styler to create curls and waves, or a smooth finish. Dyson Airwrap™ wraps entirely through the use of airflow and the naturally occurring phenomenon of the Coanda effect. Air, when propelled at the right speed and pressure, naturally follows an adjacent surface, entraining surrounding air. The Dyson Airwrap™ styler creates a spinning vortex of air around the barrel that attracts, wraps and curls hair. The combination of damp hair, airflow and not applying extreme heat to hair during the drying process helps to lock in your style, whether you're looking for a straight finish, waves or curls.

I have wanted one for two years and finally made the purchase, and I am so happy that I did! This has literally helped my hair so much! I am used to blow drying and using my straightener to achieve the look I wanted. My hair is very thick. My hair would feel so damaged after multiple days of curling my hair. I have had the Dyson for 2 weeks, and my hair feels amazing and doesn’t feel ruined with heat damage. So thankful for this tool!

The whole process is super fast.
Very low noise device.
The curling technology is amazing.
The volumizer attachment is very smooth and a decent size for long hairs.
Overall, I am super happy with this purchase so far. The only thing that I can not comment on at this point is the durability ...

Not for straight, fine hair

I have been saving and planning to buy the Dyson Airwrap because I thought this could solve my straight hair problem. I have a lot of very fine, straight, smooth hair that never holds a curl. I thought the Dyson could make a curl stay but before I even finished my hair the curls fell. I tried hairspray, texturizing spray, mousse, no products, still fell. I do not recommend this for my straight hair girls :(

If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.
