Loving the Airwrap!

I was a big fan of the Dyson hair dryer, and didn't think it could be better than that, but I was wrong! I love that I can just use and travel with the Airwrap, no brush required! Super fast and does an excellent job!

I bought Airwrap last year. It was sold out and i waited on line. How i was happy when i got email when it came back. I payed right the way. Since i used Dyson hairdryer already more than year, i was sure Airwrap will be more great. Device made my life such easy. Since i style my hair everyday i cant ask more helpful and professional tools. Totally recommend for everyone who care about your hair health and looks. Hope Dyson will show us something new and renovate in near future. Good luck to you guys.

I contemplated for a long time before I bit the bullet and purchased the air wrap I just wish I had done it sooner this is the best hair product I have purchased ever!!!!

I was debating buying this and I am so glad I did…. I get that salon look every time. I have long coarse hair and a lot of it. I didn’t think it was going to work but I absolutely love it. It had minimized my blow dry time and styles as well

This is the greatest hair product ever made. It is a perfect example of you pay for what you get.
You do need to watch the videos and/or read the instructions, but if you do and follow them you will have beautiful hair with no effort at all.
I have 0 regrets spending this much money on it. It is expensive, but the quality is amazing. Amazing engineering!

I have both the hairdryer and the airwrap. They do such a great job it is unbelievable. I do my hair three times a week with it and my hair has never looked better. I am 76 years old and wish they had this when I was younger. It is probably the only product that does what it says it will. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting hair that looks great..

Didn’t work right, fried, wasn’t allowed a return

My hair got so damaged at the ends and it got excessively hot and pretty much just blew my hair around with the stylers. Doesn’t seem to work right. They told me I couldn’t return it. Waste of so much money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While everyone is different, we certainly wouldn't expect hair to feel dry, brittle or damaged after use. As you may know, Our hair is an extension of our blood system, so medications, stress, surgeries, etc can cause issues with your hair. If your hair is colored regularly or even over moisturized this may also be contributing. We would recommend visiting with your hair stylist to see if a neutralizing shampoo may help or help with other tips on getting your hair to a healthy level.
It does look like you purchased a refurbished machine from our website, and as outlined on our site, all refurbished sales are final. We are unfortunately not able to accept returns on those products. Your Airwrap does include a 1-year guarantee, and we would be more than happy to go over your machine with you to make sure that it's performing as intended.
