It’s easy to use and works great out of box. However I am getting g ready to send my second one back. I like the curl attachments. They pull hair in great for two weeks then that stops. You have to twist it around the dryer. Then it starts flashing and shuts off. It is not lack of cleaning the filter as I do that after each use. I believe it over heats. I shut it off after each curl but it just doesn’t work the same. I do have a good amount of hair but not a ton and I do wear my hair curled even though it’s naturally straight so I love the curl attachments. I just wish they worked more consistently. They’re is defiantly a issue that needs addressed. If it is ever fixed I be a loyal customer as it cuts my styling time in half at first. Help is needed to fix the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love my airwrap! I will admit when I first used it I was going to send it back but the more I used it and the better I got using it. Now I cannot imagine not having my airwrap!!!! Great job Dyson I love it!!!!!

Will never have a salon blow out again!
This tool takes the fizz out of my colored grey hair with out high heat damaging it. The curls are like a salon professional. Time and money is saved with this machine. Best beauty item I have ever bought. Dyson customer service is excellent as well.

I received the Airdrop as a Mother's Day gift and I am so happy! Every time I use it I look like I went for a professional blow out! It is not too hot and the cold burst sets the curls. Before the Airdrop my curls would fall out within an hour, now they hold all day!

I always want my hair to look like it does when I leave the salon. Air wrap makes that possible. It’s so easy to use and I love all the styling attachments. So happy with this purchase!
