Love this product!

I just received the Dyson Airwrap styler and have used it once! I already love this thing! I paid a lot for it but I feel it is worth every penny. I have very thin, fine, straight hair. I had to use so many products, to thicken my hair and add fullness. All of these products just made my hair brittle and dull looking. After using the Dyson Airwrap, my hair was full of body and healthy and shiny looking. It lasted all day! I know I need practice in learning how to use it more efficiently, but even though I probably used it incorrectly , it still turned out great! I can only imagine how great my hair will look when I become a Pro at using this styler!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not work on thick henna hair

I have thick henna hair and after multiple tries I could not get my curls to hold. I have naturally smooth hair and my current hair routine was leaving it to air dry. I don’t see the salon blow dry finish with dyson. Returning it as it does not seem to be working for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

Fun to use

I was excited to use my Airwrap, the first use, my hair looked great and lasted 2 days. Second use, I used different technique and was not so happy with results, then with 3rd use I free-styled it and was very impressed... this all means practice makes better. Curls are fun and easy with the Airwrap, I will have to wait till my hair gets longer to benefit from the other attachments- they are too big for my short/fine hair. Would give 5 stars if I were able to use the other attachments.

Life Changer!!

I got the Dyson hairdryer for Christmas and quickly fell in love. The Airwrap is even better. I could never use curling irons to create waves…the Airwrap does it for me!
I struggled with keeping volume- I no longer have the issues I once did.
I highly recommend this- it’s expensive, but worth every penny!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have 2b-2c hair, on the thick side and normally takes 20-30 minutes to blow dry. With the air wrap, I can dry and style my hair is 10-20 minutes. Even though I am novice, and the style isn’t 100% where I want (yet), I can easily overlook as I have 20-40 minutes of my morning back. I would purchase again and again. I also recommend to everyone. I was not bothered by the price because I am low maintenance, no longer use a blow dryer, curler or straightener. I could see the value in the item as my time is also worth something. I look forward to purchasing the new attachments.

Worth the $$$$

Been wanting this for some time. Hubby bought it for my birthday, I am always complaining about my hair. I have gone completely gray, it gets yellow after a while, thinking it is from the curling iron. Been using it about two weeks, don't notice any yellowing. Does hold the curl and the style. I use the Dyson dryer to start. Then curl away! I say it is worth the money. It will be the only thing you ever use. Definitely register it with Dyson. Keep the box. I had an issue with my dryer after two years, because I still had the box and had registered it, they sent me a new dryer at no cost. Great company!
