This was a game changer for me. I am terrible at styling my hair but I learned this pretty quickly and my hair looks better than it ever has. The volume from the curling barrels is unbelievable on my fine hair. The volume lasts for days. I absolutely love it. It sucks that it's so expensive, but for me, it was worth it because now I can actually style my hair in a way that I'm proud of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had it for a week. It's fabulous; a game changer! It doesn't damage my hair. After some trial and error, it's easy to use. One question though, My stylist thinks the dryer is as powerful as her's. Any opinions on that? Thanks Dyson.

I don't regret the purchase at all. It's rekindled my excitement over doing my hair, and it was very easy to use. I have fine, medium length hair and it worked beautifully. If you'd like the curl to stick around longer make sure you use the cold shot feature, and consider using hair spray after, before brushing.

My hair is healed!

I have very damaged level 4 dark dark brown coarse curly/wavy hair that I bleach to a level 10-11 platinum blonde. I have been doing this for years, using olaplex, the finest purple shampoos and hair masks, and every hair product on earth. I used the Dyson blow dryer and saw the difference it made on my hair, giving it a break from all the heat damage. The first time I used the Air Wrap Styler I literally thought I had witnessed magic! And the curls are so beautiful and they stay in place and bounce and aren’t weighed down by all the hairspray and products I needed to curl it. It rehabbed my hair and it looks shiny instead of dull and dry. I love all Dyson products!

Works on Naturally Curly Hair, too!

For all my natural, curly haired girls, this review is for you! I bought the Dyson about 4?weeks ago and received it in the mail about 2 weeks ago. The first time I used it, it didn’t seem worth the price. But after trying again, I am blown away by how amazing the Dyson AirWrap is! It straightened and curled my hair - leaving it soft and shiny! I went from wet 3b curls to dry, straightened bouncy waves in less than an hour. And the curls last all day, night and into the next morning! I didn’t need to use any other hair tool to get these results and my hair is straight and dry at the roots. See the pictures below (hid my face for privacy). Tips: use a blow dry cream, my results were better when I skipped the recommended drying and brushing of my roots (that just made my hair more frizzy), use the smaller barrel, hold your hair taut as the hair wraps around the barrel, use a bristle brush to comb/straighten hair just before wrapping hair on the barrel, use medium heat/high power, if it gets too hot use the cool blast and then heat again before cooling and unwrapping, don’t touch the curls as they cool, and section your hair into longer narrow sections to wrap around the barrel (like the size of a thin long Tootsie Roll).
I don’t use many hair tools and am definitely a novice when it comes to hairstyling. The Dyson AirWrap makes it easy to have great looking hair that lasts all day, but doesn’t take all day to achieve!

Where Have You Been All My Life!!!

I bought the Smooth and Control Airwrap several weeks ago. I was on the fence about making the purchase because of the price. Well there are no regrets here. I have fine, curly frizzy hair. I live in Florida so the humidity certainly doesn’t help. With other styling tools I could never achieve a smooth style like a hairdresser can. It looked straight but dry and frizzy. The Airwrap is so easy to use. I brush it in sections. I don’t have to clip my hair in sections as I did with other stylers. It never pulls my hair out. My hair dries quickly with no damage whatsoever. I even purchased the volume brush and the smoothing brush after the fact. Even when my hair is dry I keep brushing it with the smoothing brush because it massages your scalp. Although my hair is not long I have used the smaller wands. I love the way your hair wraps around it giving you a pretty, feminine style. My hair looks smooth and beautiful when I am done styling it. I keep touching it because I can’t believe it is my hair feeling so smooth. In fact, someone complimented my hair the other day. I couldn’t believe it because I never get compliments on my hair. Also in the long run it will save me money because I will no longer be getting keratin treatments. I look forward to styling my hair and I am always pleased with the results.

I love this so much. My hair has never looked better, only if I went to a salon. So easy to do and fun! Curled my straight thick hair in under 5 minutes. I'm a fan. I'm so happy I have this!
