This is a game changer!

The Dyson Aiwrap has seriously made it possible for me to style my hair everyday without imposing high-heat damage on my hair! I have noticed that my hair doesn't break-off anymore and is healthier than when I was using a curling iron every day. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but once you figure out how to use it best for you, it's really a game changer, especially if you damaged/compromised hair. I would have given the airwrap five stars, except that it isn't as reliable as I would like, as my previous airwrap (prussian blue/copper model) had to go to the repair shop just two months after I purchased it and I worry the same may happen with my nickel/copper model.

Somewhat helpful for short, curly, fine hair

Bought this about a month ago and have tried various attachments. This is helpful to dry my hair so it doesn't frizz. The brush is the most helpful attachment, followed by the curling posts (small one particularly). I also combine this tool with my Coralle for a finish that is hard to beat and then use the Coralle during the week until the next shampoo.

What a let down

I honestly could not be more disappointed. After using this for a few weeks I’ve gone back to my old blow dryer, round brush and curling iron. This is the most expensive piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. Seriously save your money!

Not worth it

The airwrap is fair but not too good. The curl does not last long. Most importantly, the service team knows they are really bad so do not even dare to have users comment on it. They tell lies to customers and gave false promise on price match. When you came back and ask the refund, they would tell you it was out of policy, although they proudly put "Price Match" as a feature. If you cannot do it, do not brand it. Bad product.

Doesn’t work in humidity

I thought this would solve all my problems- less frizz, hold a curl, less damage but most of all to like my hair.
Yes to less frizz and less damage,
No to humidity
Better for liking my hair. But honestly I don’t think a tool will replace “acceptance” of fine hair in humidity and haircut that I regret and can’t change.
I am still glad I bought it!

I purchase the original Dyson Airwrap and loved it. I purchased this because it was for long hair however, the curls do not last. You get a single wand for both sides of your hair. I have to say I cannot recommend this product. It's junk for price you pay.

We have re-engineered nearly all of the Airwrap's attachments to harness the enhanced Coanda airflow, which allows for more control while styling. The barrels not include a rotating cool tip to change the direction of the airflow, so you can create both clockwise and anticlockwise curls with just one barrel, as opposed to having to swap barrels when adding curls. We work really hard to make sure our customers love our products, and we're sorry to learn that we've missed the mark here.

I finally bought it!

I’ve been thinking about buying this for a long time. I finally did it. I really like using it. It is especially good for in between styling. Fast for a hair pick me up and flounce. I am only sorry I can’t use it in Europe. But I love it anyway.
