Great technology

Dyson has innovative technology no doubt. I would give it 5 stars if I have straight hair. I do have curly hair and I notice some frizz on hair near my scalp. I wish they have the attachment included to flat iron it as well. Overall I will still recommend for those of you who wanted to buy it.

Love this machine! As a hair stylist in always looking for a machine that is going to maintain the style and health of the hair. I do wish that the long barrels came with it initially and that i didn’t have to order them separately. But over all this is great!

This is a no brainer- if someone says it sucks it’s because they haven’t taken the time and patience to figure how it best works for them. My long curly frizzy hair looks salon quality in under 20 minutes, after only a couple of months of working with it. for me I let my hair air dry 90% then wand it through using opposite wands over my head- if they makes sense. YouTube this product and have a blast.

Amazing multi-purpose tool!

I had been looking at this product and watching review videos for months before I finally decided to take the plunge. I am so glad that I did. I have a Dyson stick vacuum and love it, so I know the products are high quality and powerful. I normally only use heat to dry and/or style my hair about once a month because I don’t want to cause too much heat damage. This tool uses much lower heat and gets the job done. I am awful at using curling irons- I would always curl with an flat iron. This tool fixes that problem and eliminates the creasing that can sometimes happen when curling with a straightener. I didn’t think I would use the smoothing brush attachments that much but I have come to love them both as well. I like that when I use the brushes, it looks like I have straight hair, not like I straightened my hair (if that makes sense... it looks more naturally straight and less like I flattened it between two scorching plates). The pre-styling dryer works to dry my roots so quickly! Even with my hair being thick and down to the bottom of my shoulder blades, I can do full drying and styling in 30 minutes tops. I can straighten with the brushes in only 10 minutes! This is truly a wonderful tool and is worth every penny. If you have long hair I would recommend buying the longer barrels. The ones included do work and they work well, I have just found that it is a bit easier and curls more toward the root when there’s more surface area to work with. It’s very possible that I just need more practice. Very happy with my purchase!

Smoothing for short hair

I have an inverted bob haircut. I use the brush tool the most to smooth out my hair. There is no frizz, my hair has some body and best of all I don’t have to use a flat iron anymore. I have used the curling attachment. It works well, but I don’t usually style my hair curled (unless it’s a dress up event). I got the complete set to just make sure I had options! Love it so much! One tool is all I need.

Nice tool

I've always had problems with getting my curls done so I decided to try the Airwrap because it looked very easy to use. And overall I am satisfied with it. I can't say it's perfect but it has many advantages. My hair doesn't look damaged after using this styler, it gets a lot of volume that I could not achieve with other hair tools and I can get a nice hairstyle very quickly. Sometimes the temperature feels too hot for my skin, but it can be adjusted and it's still not too damaging. It also takes some practice to get nice long lasting curls, but it is still much easier for me to do with the Airwrap. I also like the quality of all components and how powerful the styler is.
The thing I didn't really like is that the complete kit has two similar brushes that provide basically the same result. Also, for some reason some of my attachments were delivered in a different time. Another disadvantage that I noticed is that barrels are to short. My hair is shoulder length and I wish my barrels were longer.
But overall I enjoy this tool, it's very powerful and easy to use, gives a lot of volume and does not damage my hair. I would definitely recommend it for someone who wants to create nice hairstyles and has trouble using regular tools.

Totally worth the splurge!

After looking at this for months, I finally made the jump and purchased the Airwrap...I'm OBSESSED. Historically, I've always let my hair air dry and just dreamed of learning how to do my hair but time always became my biggest enemy. The Dyson Airwrap is beyond what I could have asked for. It's simple/easy to use and only takes 15-20 minutes to turn your hair into beautiful curls. Highly recommend to anyone :)

New Favorite Hair Styler

Honestly went into this with really low expectations. I watched lots of videos on how to use it and read people's reviews and pretty much only saw positive ones. But I've always had really stubborn straight hair so I expected my hair to never hold a style. It usually takes me about an hour to do my hair, from drying to styling to finishing touches. It's mainly the reason why I haven't used a hair dryer and straightener/curling wand in years, because it would mean losing another hour of sleep just to get ready for work. But with this styler, it literally only took me at most 10 minutes to curl my hair, and only 2 minutes to straighten it. I also don't need to blow-dry it like it tells you to since I let my hair air dry while I do my face. By the time I move on to hair, it's already dry enough that I can go straight to the styling heads. I've been able to do my hair without losing any sleep every single day since I bought this. For someone who always has to look presentable at work, it's an amazing investment and I'm really glad I bought it.
