Great dryer and styler for my fine hair.

I’ve had my air wrap for a month and I love it. It gently but quickly dries my hair and then I change the top and finish styling it.

I have the most baby fine, thin, straight hair there is. I’ve wanted to try one of these since they came out. Finally decided to take the chance. I love that it dries my hair quickly, I can use lower heat with less damage, and the curls are surprisingly good in the beginning. I hav to say, though, that the curls don’t stay in my hair. But, I have the same issue with just about every styling tool. If you have body to your hair, I think you will love it.

I hesitated to spend the money, but I’m so happy I did. Seriously, the best hair tool I have ever owned and worth every penny. What usually would take me 45 minutes (I have long, thick hair) now takes 10 minutes max. My time is worth more than money. My hair looks salon-styled and is super healthy— and I save so much time in my schedule. Highly recommend. I want to purchase a Euro version for travel.

My hair is naturally wavy, maybe considered fine. I watched a countless number of videos before deciding I was going to get the Airwrap. When I finally got it, I was super excited, but a little hesitant as I’d seen so many terrible reviews. The very first time I tried it was a success! I don’t know if it only works for my hair type, or why people seem to struggle, but my results lasted. On freshly washed hair, I use a heat protectant spray, then mouse. I use either brush to dry leaving hair damp. Then I use the large barrel. I’ve used it a few different ways, thin long sections, squarish sections, and as much hair as I can possibly fit. Each gives a bit different of a result. I find if I really want to see the curl closer to my roots, thin lines of hair work best. If I want to see the curl more just at the base, squarish sections. And if I want a nice big round brush look, that’s when I use large sections. I also use an aerosol hairspray on each layer I do, and finish spraying all over. My style lasts until I go to bed. I love my Airwrap & am so glad I have it!
On the next generation, I’d like to see a tighter even more directed airflow so that I can hold it closer to my scalp without my scalp getting hot. It might need more speeds or more heat for someone with coarse hair.
