Stopped Working after 1 day of use

I purchased the Dyson Air wrap for my graduation after reading and watching numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with the product was extremely disappointing. It stopped working after just one day of use, leaving me unable to style my hair for my graduation event. I was shocked and frustrated, especially considering the high price I paid for it. This incident has made me hesitant to trust and repurchase the Airwrap in the future.
I had been excited to try out the Air-wrap's promised features and create nice hairstyles. Regrettably, I never had the opportunity to fully experience its capabilities due to its premature malfunction. I believe that a reliable and durable product should be expected when making such a substantial investment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Styling Tool

This is my second Airwrap. I received both as a gift from my husband not realizing the newer version only required new attachments for an upgrade. Between my Dyson flat iron and this I love how health my hair is with and how great it looks with the use of very little heat. When I first saw the Airwrap I thought it would never work for my biracial (AfroLatina) hair but I learned the trick is to be sure to keep the styling products and light or it will not work. I love the brushes for blowouts and I love watching my hair be picked up for curls. It takes a fraction of the time to dry my hair or curl it. I have noticed when watching videos that many people misuse it like a curling iron but watching the tutorials is very helpful. I do recommend purchasing the longer barrels for anyone with thick hair past their shoulders.

Shuts off after few minutes of usage

I bought the Airwrap multi-styler in July of 2022 and used it for about 3 months. I loved how my hair looked and got a lot of compliments. However, starting around middle of Nov. 2022, my Airwrap started shutting itself off randomly. I've tried resetting it, using different outlets, and cleaning the filter according to the owner's manual, but nothing helped.
I contacted the customer service, and they determined that they will replace the item. Even though I was upset at the fact that I was having the issue of the item shutting off randomly so soon after purchasing it, I was satisfied with the customer service.
However, I was upset that the new item was taking too long to be shipped. When a company sells an item at a very high price, which customers can get something else for a much cheaper price with not much of any issues, issues like this are unacceptable. With proper use of the item, it shouldn't have issues this soon after the item has been purchased, and having a paid customer wait this long to receive the item that they paid a quite a high price for. I am deeply disappointed with my experience with the first Dyson product.

The Airwrap has cut my drying and styling time in half if not more. I was concerned if it would work on my relaxed type 3b hair. I have received numerous compliments on my hair!

Literally I use this product after every time I wash my hair and people compliment me like crazyyyy, straight or curly my hair feels and looks gorgeous! Only thing I missed from my kit was the comb and the brush but other than that perfect everything else!
