Faulty product

I love this airwrap, however there are definitely mechanical errors to the product. I was gifted this product back in 2019 and had to call for a warranty exchange due to the wire/power and no longer turning on a year later. Fast forward another year and change I am having the exact same issues. Except now Dyson will no longer warranty it bc it was already a warranty of the original. For an expensive product to last only about 2 years is not great in my opinion. I love the product but for someone who uses it only a couple times a month and having it not work, I am not a happy customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally got my hands on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dryer/styler that I ever have because I actually use it. My house is cluttered with many hair styling tools that I got and barely used. This is a game changer. I use almost all attachment and dont feel guilt of damaging my hair. It’s pricy but boy it is worth it! Good job Dyson!!

This was a birthday present and the most amazing hair tool I ever purchased. I had to watch some YouTube videos to learn tricks but in general is really easy to use. Also, my hair is getting healthier because I don't use too much heat anymore. I totally recommend this tool.

It’s my second Dyson air wrap. I had to buy a second one for American voltage reason moving to US from a Europe. I love it and I can live without it.
I just noticed that the old one is more solid.

I was sick of my hot rollers, clipped flat iron that catches and pulls some hair out and also the clamp curl iron. It’s a dryer, straightener & curl so soft and professional… tell all my friends and even my hairstylist whom did not believe the hype. She is purchasing one today after exploring mine. Yeah Dyson tools!

I love this airwrap complete! I was fortunate to have tried one before purchasing. You do need a styling product (ie spray, foam, etc.) for curls to hold, as well as the ‘cool shot’ to help set the curls. Dryer is fantastic; quiet & quick. I suggest the long barrel even for chin length hair; I’ll need to add this as soon as it’s available.
