the self-propelled feature has quit working

This mower was great on the first use, but the second outing, the self-propelled feature has quit working. Fortunately I am strong enough to get by without it, but my wife cannot, and she loves to mow.
Any ideas on how to fix it? (This mower does not have a belt as is found on most self-propelled models.)

Roared to life on the very first pull

Fast delivery, well-packaged, easy assembly. Started up on the first pull, powerful engine that makes the job nearly effortless. What a pity this fine mower cannot be sold in Ca;lifornia (this one has a home in East Texas). Recommended for small- to medium yards (I have a half-acre).

Great mower

Right out of the box started right up cut my lawn with authority. Light but powerful engine roared through my lawn like a hot knife though butter . I had plenty of high end mowers so far this is becoming my favorite. Great price !!! Senix costumer service second to none .
