Almost perfrect

The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 star review is the out of box experience (2017 MBP 15in, core i7, MacOS Montery). Like most reviews I see on here the LAN port didn't work right away. I ended up chatting with support and they suggested I got through NVRAM and SMC reset. Instead, I simply removed all the network connections except wifi, then disconnected/reconnected the Mini Dock. Then the TB Ethernet Slot 1 interface appeared and connected succesfully. I hope this helps someone out there who's going through the same ethernet port issue. =]

USB and Ethernet Do not work consistently

HDMI works. USB and Ethernet do not unless you reboot - in which case they will work for a time. Similar to other reviewers. This is on Catalina, Intel Mac which is supposedly supported.

This is not expected behavior for our Thunderbolt 3 mini dock. The USB and Ethernet ports should be compatible with MacOS 10.15 Catalina.

Dual HDMI works on Macos, but the ethernet doesn't

I bought this as a docking station because I needed multiple monitors and an ethernet port - the network port doesn't work on the latest MacOS BigSur at all. I followed their trouble shooting guides and nothing helped. If all you need is 2 monitors this works (but there are cheaper alternatives) - if you need a network port and working USB ports, give this one a pass :-(

I bought this dock a week ago. Now Ethernet Usb and 1 Display works great but 2 Monitors don't work....

Unfortunately, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro systems using the new Apple M1 chip support only a single external display over the Thunderbolt 3 ports, even when connected to a Thunderbolt 3 docking station with more than one video output.
