Great Features. Luke Warm Coffee.

I echo many of the sentiments shared here -- that the product is pretty (I have the kf8) and makes a wide range of well-balanced and personalizable drink options -- but what the heck is the point of drinking any luke-warm coffee drink?? I am a little angry, even. Jennifer Garner was wrong!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would have liked nicer foamed milk, I haven’t figured out optimal settings yet, but it’s better than my old nespresso machine. The coffee doesn’t seem as rich as barista quality but I’m not much of a bean expert. The crema isn’t as heavy as from nespresso. I wish there were more objective YouTube videos on how to optimize various settings or taste comparisons for standard medium roast beans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffee maker - makes excellent espresso and is very easy to use and clean. Milk frothing is very good but not exceptional. In this price range I don’t think you can beat this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes fantastic coffee and we love it! I just wish the draining tray was bigger as you need to empty the tray after about 2-3 cups of coffee. Ideally you would keep the machine at your home near a sink to help with the ease of emptying the tray.

I look forward to morning lattes every day! This machine is consistent, easy to use, and easy to clean. I've never had a fully automatic espresso machine before and I don't know why I waited so long. It's definitely a splurge worth buying!

The coffee is good, better than our previous machine, a Jura, although now i wonder if that one wasn't using enough coffee. There are some issues with the usability, like why are the profile names all in small light grey text, so hard to read first thing in the morning? And how do you reset just one of the default drinks back to factory settings if someone's changed something? A few times now when we've pulled the tray out to empty it, there's been water underneath, which we end up dragging onto the floor by pulling out the tray, making a mess. Not sure why. Also while most of the tray is easy to clean, the part that sits under the cups has some tight corners that are a pain to clean well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
