Waiting for warranty card

Do The Right Thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my Expresso machine one month; made about a dozen cappuccinos, when the descaling light came on. The Kitchen aid manual said to use a descaling solution. Well, there was no solution provided with the expression machine for which I paid a lot for. Customer service states that kitchenaid does not even have their own descaling solution and they advised just to use any descaling solution. The right thing to do is to provide a courtesy package along with the machine.

NOT anti static like advertised!

The coffee bean grinder is not anti static. I have done everything and the coffee beans fly out everywhere. I tried called customer service and they told me to put oil on the outside of the machine??? No one can tell me how to fix the issue. Why advertise as anti static when that's not true? Please reach out if anyone can provide more assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the expresso machine is great but the water is not very hot. average temp on most expresso machine is 172 degree and yours is at the best 132 degree..over all we like the KITCHENAID.. the gauge meter is lazy and has a problem moving off its rest point. it moved one time when we first used it.

Good, Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this espresso machine because I was frustrated with Breville not being able to provide support problems with one of their machines. I have Kitchen Aid appliances and have felt they were reliable. So far, that is true. The espresso made is quite good. However, the portafilter does not clean easily. Grounds do not come out of the portafilter using my knock box. I have to scrape them out. The foam you can make is just okay. I've tried various ways to improve the foam. Maybe the pressure isn't strong enough.

Good edging towards great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this one, mainly on price and previous kitchenaid quality…30~ years on my mixer…I mean come on and break, want a new color. That aside, the espresso is dark and rich. I wish it was a little warmer, but maybe a need some double walled cups. Creama is great, flavor is great, no issues so far.
