[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We aren't espresso drinkers but after having this and using it we will probably be drinking it more! Fairly easy to use. Definitely helps to have the directions on hand until you're used to it. It's very hefty so you won't be moving it around much. Very good brew!

High end espresso at home!

It's Very quiet, Offers a whole coffee bean grinder for optimum freshness. Did take a couple of different grinding settings for the perfect cup. Also has a steaming function for froth milk to put on top of your espresso. Also offers boiling hot water function for tea and hot chocolate.

Amazing Espresso Great Product Saves Money

I purchased this product in Fall of last year. I can’t rave enough about how amazing this espresso machine is. It has truly made getting up each morning my favorite part of the day. I now have my favorite coffee and drinks that I was paying so much for each day in the convenience of my own home not only is it simple to use, but with the creativity that it allows me I truly got to explore and fall in love with what is just right for me

I am still learning the how to's of the machine but what I know so far is that my coffee tastes delicious and I am not buying from a coffee shop. If i had to do it again I would purchase again.

Anti Static (ion device) stopped working after 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has worked great for five months. Now the anti-static device has stopped working. The grinder sends grounds flying everywhere. I the tried cleaning the grinder area as suggested by Kitchen Aid. It’s better for one grind. Then the grinds fry everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Totally recommend!

We were shopping for a new espresso maker and saw some video reviews of this one and decided to give it a go, trusting the KitchenAid brand. We could not be happier with the results. The flat bottomed feature for the dispenser is great. Super easy to operate. Set up though was a little bit difficult, but got through it.

Learning curve but otherwise great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this espresso machine for over a year now and still love it. It had a steep learning curve at the beginning and I definitely struggled to figure it out, but now I use it all the time to make lattes for me and my husband.
