Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a premium espresso machine and upgraded my kitchen. I love it has grinder included, so I don’t need an extra grinder. It is my first time owning an espresso machine like this, so take me a bit time to learn how to use it. But overall is pretty easy to brew. Cleaning is easy and I really love how it looks too.

Elegant look, elegant taste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this espresso maker in exchange for my honest review of the product. The KitchenAid semi-automatic espresso machine makes a great shot of espresso and looks great doing it.
The machine comes with single and double wall baskets in single and double shot sizes so that you can use either pre or freshly ground coffee with it.
Should you choose freshly ground the attached burr grinder allows you to adjust the grind level and the amount dispensed for one or two shots.
Once your grinds are dispensed into the portafilter (done automatically by the attached grinder) the included commercial grade tamper makes it easy to compress them for the perfect shot.
When you're ready to pull your shot just select from three temperature settings and set the number of shots and it'll do the rest.
The pressure gauge shows the level of extraction with a helpful "espresso" range to help you determine if your shot might of been over or under extracted.
If you need more help with that the quick start guide the machine comes with includes details on what to look for and what to adjust in each case.
Once you've mastered making your favorite espresso a set of recipes to try out are also included with the machine.
Overall I found this easy to use due to the clear directions included and am impressed by the different options for customizability. Even the slightly under extracted shots I produced had a strong flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Learning curve but not too difficult! The unit is gorgeoussss and definitely an update from my past espresso machine. Appreciate the self cleaning feature and the grinder attachment. Took a first few pulls to get the perfect espresso. Definitely worth the price for any intermediate coffee maker!

Durable, convenient, modern, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is my favorite appliance that I currently own. To start, the water tank is large and also comes with a water filter to insert into a water filter holder. The tank has a nice handle so you can easily remove it to refill and replace it. The grinder is amazing and adjustable so you can get an extremely fine grind using it. It’s very easy to use and it’s very fast at grinding. The machine is smart as it produces the correct amount of ground coffee needed for either a single or double shot. The coffee grinds go right into the portafilter. The machine comes with 4 different cup filters to use for either a single or double shot and there’s a single and double wall filter of each. The tamp is also included and it is a heavy high quality tamp. Brewing time is fast and heats quickly, there are 3 levels of temperature you can choose for your brew. Steam wand is convenient and gets the job done for a frothy milk. Stainless steel 12 oz milk pitcher was also included! The machine is able to run a cleaning cycle with a click of a button and it will also notify you when it needs a clean. Overall, the espresso machine feels very durable, high quality, modern and is easy, convenient, fast.

Instructions confusing but overall easy to use

The initial instructions were a bit confusing but once I made the first one and figured it out it was super easy and quick. I like that you can customize the espresso in so many ways too!

Kitchen staple!

I would say using an expression maker while just normally using a coffee maker is definitely for more experienced coffee makers! Once I learned how to use it, it was really easy to use. I am still learning all the tips and tricks of how to make the best expression and it also has a grinder that is attached.I love the stainless steel it matches everything in my kitchen. If you rather save your money than going to Starbucks I would say get one of these, it’s definitely a nice little addition to your kitchen.

Best Espresso ever!

Price is decent for the product, but the finished product makes it worth every dime. Simple to use and easy to learn. You won’t regret adding this to your kitchen attire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new Kitchen Aid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder. Aside from the quality of the machine, the way it grinds the coffee and makes the espresso is impressing. The espresso comes out tasting great and strong with the frother as a plus. It is definitely worth its price and I would be gifting this to my espresso loving loved ones in the future. One small complaint that I do have although I won’t remove a star is that the instructions could be better explained and it was a bit frustrating to figure out how to use. I contacted Kitchen Aid twice and they were not any help. I had to search for a video on YouTube to learn how to use this machine, but aside from that, I highly recommend .
