Reduces overstimulation!

Got these for Xmas 2 years ago, when I broke them, I instantly missed them and was overwhelmed by any noise in my apartment or during my workouts. I didn’t realize how much wearing these with the noise cancelling feature helped me focus. Just reordered and see an improvement in my productivity and nerves already!

Sound cancelling

Unfortunately, the sound cancelling feature doesn't work on these which is what I bought them for. Had to return them. Otherwise the sound aspect was good, but that's not what I bought them for
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
