Slip out, easy to blow speakers, bad touch options

This review is for the generation just previous to this one. They MAY have made changes on this product that corrected some of the issues I experienced but possibly not.
I purchased these earbuds a year and a half ago. I had to warrenty them within 6 months because the speakers blew. I got my new buds just started to go (while talking on the phone) so now the speakers are blown AGAIN. I don't listen at a loud volume, and am in my mid thirties and take care of my hearing.
Now that my replacement buds are outside of the 1 year warranty period, I have not gotten any success in re-warrantying them. They are outside of the only solution is purchasing a new pair.
Outside of my sound quality concerns, I noticed other issues with these ear buds:
- I have small ears. Pre-purchase reading via forums that these buds are great for people with smaller ears. I have used the smallest settings but continually need to re-adjust them, which leads to its next flaw...
- When adjusting the right ear bud, it discontinues a phone call. The app does not allow you to change this function (I've tried). So when doing calls, I have to cover my hand with my hair or something else when the bud is falling out to adjust it, in the hopes that I don't hang up (real awkward when talking to a client on the phone).
- The noise cancelling is meh. I got them for riding with my motorcycle and its good but not great.
- the shape is bulky - not ideal for wearing with a full face helmet
- there's no tracking on this device if you loose it - I'm looking at you ADHD people who loose things often! XD

So, in the end, no I would not recommend this product. I am considering trying the Apple earbuds next... they are cheaper too!

Awesome sound but terrible Technology

I bought these on March 2, 2023. The first day they were good. The music, in terms of Bass Mid and highs were all balanced. I got so immersed in the music that I can't even explain how great the music sounds from these earbuds. I tested AirPods Pro 2nd Generation and Sony1000XM5 (the headphones), Bose 700 and Bose QC 45 too, but these ones rock. Ok now at night I started hearing some cranky sound from both earbuds. The next morning I put them aside out of the case for some time and again when I put them on my ear, one of them didn't had any sound. Although Bose system sounds were heard but no music from the right ear bud. I reset the earbuds, then the controls stopped working. I was not able to play pause, Lower or Up the volume. I made a phone call and my friend complained about the sound being too low. I am so annoyed from the performance that I am going to Quit Bose. Thank you.

It’s a bass bumper

Love this tiny pieces of tech..:definitely recommend for bass lovers…it misses the wireless charging and other tight is level integrations with mobile is platforms…but still at their best for audiophiles out there….

Ear Buddies Not So Friendly

Earbud’s sound cancelling is great when I get a good seal, but so far the earbuds fall out of my ears quite easily. I will experiment with the various sizes and appreciate that Bose provides this flexibility. Registering for warranty has not been easy one efficient. It appears that the serial number needed for registering is located in the case where you cannot access it to read it. I plan to stop back into the store for assistance.

I love these ears buds. The sound is exceptional and the base for music really has one tapping one’s toes.
Definitely a great buy, especially if you are particular about your music. These ear buds are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and also in bed.

Excellent noise cancellation, unreliable overall

The noise cancellation is the best I know of, and works very well for human voice.
It's buggy though. One of the buds just refuses to work sometimes. Usually just taking it out of the ear and putting it back works. But sometimes it hasn't, and needed a long silent break from work!
During calls, it's fine for me, but sounds terrible to the other person if there's noise around me.
Giving it 4 stars just for the best ANC in this form factor.
