i’m very upset because i bought this bottle to drink more water but now i’m drinking less. i can’t even get a mouth full of water without sucking as hard as i can for a minute and a half. i want a new lid i’m very dissatisfied.

The straw easily leaks and does not work Alfred a couple weeks of having the jug. Also, it does not keep anything cold. I’ve melts immediately

Recently purchased this water jug and was loving it until this top piece snapped off when I went to get a drink of water. It is still usable but difficult to open the straw. I’d love the option to buy a new lid replacement but that is not an option unfortunately :(

This is such a convenient jug. Its easy to carry and I love the spout that snaps up in the handle. I use it for my kids because the straw makes it easy for them to drink instead of trying to tilt a half gal jug full of water or Gatorade. Plus it matches our cool tunes cooler!
