The straw does not work right and leaks

I was so excited because I drink a gallon of water a day and 2 igloo jugs are easier to count and much more environmentally friendly than a plastic gallon water bottle a day. No matter how I line up the pop up straw, I get more air than water while drinking. Also, the whole straw area leaks while drinking. I asked for a replacement to see if it's just this one that sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adorable, but doesn't really keep things cold

I love the look of this retro cooler! I knew I had to have one when I saw it. While I love that it holds a lot, it doesn't keep things cold all day like you'd expect. The ice melts by the end of the work day and it's a real bummer. My metal insulated cups definitely keep things colder longer which is weird considering it's igloo brand. Also the straw is a bit difficult to slurp through. I think if it were a tad wider it would really help. Other than that, super cute and functional at holding large amounts of water for me to hydrate during the day!

Very cheap material jug leaks when you drink out of it very disappointing 😒 also the cooler I order very cheap material didn’t like it didn’t expect to be like that pops when you open lid just very cheap

Received this from a friend, straw doesn’t work right when lid is on tight . Loosen lid & you can suck through the straw , but that defeats the purpose of being able to just pick it up by handle and go !
