It’s nice that it can hold half a gallon of water, living in Florida and working outdoors a lot it’s nice. But trying to drink out of the straw itself is a hassle. Way to small of a straw. Wish I would’ve realized how small the straw was before ordering

The jug is adorable and reminds me of being a kid, but it is structurally terrible. The lid doesn’t screw on right, the straw is almost unusable, and the thing leaks like crazy! I would think these would be things you could work on, Igloo.

I bought this and it just arrived yesterday. The straw does not work despite multiple adjustments. Really disappointed because I was excited to use this for work!

I love the look of the retro coolers and was due for another water container. The only thing I’d change is the straw - feels like it takes quite a bit more force and cheek power to drink out of it compared to a Hydrojug.

Disappointed

I bought the mint/watermelon and from the first day the ice water hasn't lasted more than two hours! It gets hot and stays that way. It was a disappointment. If I'm doing something wrong, please tell me. There was nothing useful in the instructions. Very disappointed!!!

Impulsive purchase. Didn’t really look at how big this was supposed to be, so my shock when I received it in the mail haha. But it works great. I love that I can put ice water and there’s no sweat as the ice melts. The only issue I had, and this might be user error, I’ve had this for maybe two weeks now and just now realized you really have to twist the top to secure it. I was starting to think I had a defected one because the top did not close all the way. I put in some extra oomf and the top now secures.

The straw does not work right and leaks

I was so excited because I drink a gallon of water a day and 2 igloo jugs are easier to count and much more environmentally friendly than a plastic gallon water bottle a day. No matter how I line up the pop up straw, I get more air than water while drinking. Also, the whole straw area leaks while drinking. I asked for a replacement to see if it's just this one that sucks.
