Bad lid

The lid leaks! No matter how it goes on it leaks. I got this and a second jug of a different style and the cap doesn’t stay on that one.

Need to replace straw

I love this jug! It’s a great size, it holds a pitcher size amount of drink mix-just dump the packet and mix.
My only problem with it is finding a replacement straw. The straw is offset due to the inner wall. Yes, it’s cleanable, but sometimes you just need a new one, and I can’t find any.

Very leaky and it's almost impossible to get the straw lined up so that there's a consistent flow of liquid when drinking.

Cold Water Disappointment

Does not keep drinks cold AT ALL! We have a few different jugs, all used on the same day and this one was the worst at keeping drink cold, even with ice cubes.

Ordered in May and in August the tab to open the straw completely snapped off. I expect better quality from Igloo.
