Doesn't work with a PICO

After waiting for access to this product, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't include it on a pico that would turn on the shower light and the exhaust fan.

The only reason I'm giving this a 4 is because the casing behind the switch is HUGE and that was unexpected. You need very deep boxes to put these in. Also, it's a real bummer they couldn't find a way to put an extra button or dimmer for a fan light.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have several Lutron Caseta light switches/dimmers in my home and they all work flawless with Google Home. Unfortunately the Caseta Smart Fan Control does not work well. You can only turn it on/off...no speed control:( Also, it would have been nice if it included a control for the fan light. I had to add another switch for the fan light which was problematic as I did not have an extra gang for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear about that. We would recommend trying to use commands that feature, "Hey Google, turn the fan to (0,1,2,3,4) or (off, low, medium, medium-high, high)" instead. Google does not support percentages (i.e. 50%) or the word "level" with fans at this time. With that in mind, you should be able to control the speed through their voice assistant. I have purchased 3 of these fan controls, and installed 2, so far. Installation is reasonably quick, and the finished product looks very nice and works GREAT‼️
