Make sure they are lithium AA batteries (Ultimate Lithium) and not rechargeable ones.

Super reliable, one less thing I have to worry about going bad on me or rust. More affordable is not always the best value when you have to purchase multiple more of the same item.

My most used battery type. I bought them YEARS ago ask you could see by the packaging and still have one package closed. Performance is very good, no discharge or drain as of yet, I’ve left them inside my analog cameras and outside and they’re perfect. Perfect size too
