It arrived in perfect condition. It not take us long to install. It came with a template for installation guide. It added beauty to our kitchen.

I've had it installed for a week and it's been working great. I like the extra convenience of the remote. It's pretty quiet on the lowest setting and there's four settings all together for the fan. I do like the LED light is very bright.

This under-cabinet hood looks great and pulls out air very well. I like the auto shut off feature. My only disappointment is that even the low setting is louder than I expected.
