[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 18 months ago. The deck is bowed and you can't adjust it to make 90 degree cuts. It's horrible inaccurate. If you are rough cutting dimensional lumber and it isn't necessary to have square cuts this would be ok, otherwise, it's pretty unimpressive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The saw is designed for light-duty, precision trimming and quick cuts, so it should be capable of making square 90-degree cuts when properly adjusted. Please fix base lock lever and adjustor knob

I have two of these routers my industrial arts classroom. The height adjusting knob is built in a way that pulls the rod out of the height adjusting knob when you close the base lock lever. The height adjusting knob has broken off on both routers, making both tools inoperable until I can find a solution.
