Battery Life is not 60 minutes

I bought my product in the spring of 2024 and it is now the end of August 2024. If i am lucky, i get 10-12 minutes run time on a batter charge. Looking at the key features of the product, it says Key features
Up to 60 minutes of runtime with included 2.5 Ah battery. Wow totally misleading!!! Will be returning this product.

Greenworks Pro 80V (730 CFM). To extend your run time, try using the blower setting on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement, as blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. Alternatively additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all Greenworks batteries; please keep in mind, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great! Power is awesome. No shoulder strap was included but I really don’t need it. I’m a bit disappointed that the battery and charger are different than my Greenworks trimmer as both are 80V but no big deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blower may be renewed but it is a great blower so far. I have had 0 problems and it works good. I would recommend getting a second battery though so you have may more juice when the first one dies. the battery does charge pretty quick also.
