While it can take some time getting used to the weight being in the rear, meaning the nose will naturally tip up. The unit has a weight (without battery pack installed) of 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs.). The 2.5Ah battery has a weight 1.46 kg (3.22 lbs.). We have a variety of options for a range of household lawncare needs from handheld blower to backpack blower. Backpack blowers are bigger and more powerful versions of handheld leaf blowers. The backpack design distributes the weight of the leaf blower across the operator's shoulders and back, so they are less fatiguing to use than handheld blowers.

Living in the midwest it's also going to come handy during a light snowstorm. I'll be able to blow the snow off the stairs and driveway instead of pulling out the shovel.

Great battery blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this blower, it's our second blower. The only issue is the newer ones come with a 2.5 Ah battery this battery doesn't compare with the 4Ah that came with the older blower. The 2.5Ah runs out of power way too fast. go back to the 4 or 5 Ah!

A good friend of mine suggested I give Greenworks a try. I was impressed, so I purchased a weed eater than the leaf blower. Greenworks has won me over. I doubt I'll ever go back to gas.
