Hard to find replacement parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it once and the locking pin fell in the high grass and I can’t find. Just want to order a locking pin and they require part number. It does not list part number in the Manuel or in the QR code on box. Why does it have to be so hard to find a part this day and age.

I have a big name corded saw, but the Greenworks is lighter and has an adjustable heel. Being cordless I have found it to be an awesome saw for pruning lower hanging branches. I am very pleased.
