On my first purchase a number of years ago, the combo set came with a Drill and a Hammer Drill with two batteries. They both worked well. After awhile, one battery went dead and I was not able to get it replaced because it was out of warrantee. Recently, I decided to replace my circular saw and it too came with a new drill and two batteries. Now I have three tools with three batteries. I'm never out of power when I'm working, They do everything I need hem to do.

When the battery will not be in use, store it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. Store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we recommend charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life.

I used this to remove the front fascia of my 2015 Mustang and had no trouble removing and re-installing the fasteners. So much faster and easier than a ratchet or nut driver. The drill is powerful and again very easy to adjust to bit sizes and changes quickly. The throttle is consistent and easy to control speed of the drill. Battery life is simply amazing. I’ve never before had battery powered devices where I’ve gotten this much use before needing a recharge…Greenworks has nailed it!

Won't release hex head impact driver bit

I love greenworks and loved using this drill the ONE time I was able to. Yes, I bought the proper impact driver and it put 2.5" deck fasteners in.
Then it absolutely would NOT release the driver. Yes, I followed the "simple removal" instructions (neutral, pull straight, etc), and an hour later I want to throw it against a brick wall to see if BREAKING the darn thing will get it out. I used a stronger word than darn, but it rejected it.
So, here I am and as long as the only thing I need to drive is a hex head screw of one size, I'm good. Otherwise, today will be a waste.
