[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much lighter than gas mower
Too early to tell about time
Clippings bag much smaller than I am used to. Will require more frequent emptying in leaf season.
No problems with power so far.
Lights are a small waste of energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lawnmower a month ago to replace a 9 year old Greenworks lawnmower I had that I couldn’t replace the 57v battery for. So opted for another bigger & better model.

Hard to find

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to have a spare on hand before tariffs kick-in. Couldn't find this kit anywhere except this site. Price seems reasonable considering the fan is included, although I'm not sure why I'd need to replace that.

Assembly is horrible, doesn't fit right

I bought this bagger along with the 30in riding mower that it says it is compatible with but the bagger doesn't go all the way down, the bolts on the side get stuck and it doesn't fit. It says easy installation yet it is very far from that. The instructions were no help, I even watched the video installation and in the video they dont even show the guy putting the bagger on it at the end. He tries to put it on and you can see even he is having trouble getting the bagger on the back so the video cuts to him no longer struggling and just magically shows the bagger attached. I've spent hours trying to get the bagger attached to the back of the mower but it will not go on properly. Extremely frustrating. Do no recommend.

Battery life is awful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower is supposed to mow 1/3 acre. I have less than 1/4 acre. I now have 3 5.0 batteries & I also bought the blower so I could use that battery also. So, I now have 4 batteries & STILL can't mow my entire lawn. I like the mower itself. I love not having to worry about gas & oil. It cuts well. If the batteries lasted longer, I would give this mower 5 stars. I just feel that the 1/3 acre claim is false advertising.

Hello Carol27.
We are sorry to hear you are not fully happy with the runtime you are getting with the battery included. As we are not sure of the condition of your lawn, we are not exactly sure why the battery did not meet your expectations. The maximum runtime often applies to a relatively flat, open yard. Slopes and obstacles require more power, and users can expect running time to be less, if this is the case. Runtime measurements are also related to the condition of the grass and if it is well-maintained. Tall, thick grass requires more power, and you must mow it slower, consuming added runtime. Using self-propelled, throughout the mow. Self-propelled mowers do use more batteries than standard push mowers as more power is being demanded from the battery to run the blades and the wheels.
Here are a few tips to ensure the max runtime is achieved. Ensure you charge the battery fully before each use, maintain the battery properly by cleaning terminals, avoid extreme temperatures during storage. Mow in a straight line and only use the self-propelled feature when needed. If the grass has been left to exceed four inches, we advise that you raise the cutting height and cut no more than one-third of the length of grass at a time, wait a couple of days and do another one-third, cut when grass is dry and walk at steady pace to allow the blade to work more efficiently. As the lawn becomes consistently maintained you will see the cut and runtime improve. Hope these tips help!
