[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent lawnmower, easy to use, quiet, powerful, and maintenance free, except for blade sharpening once per season. Consumer Reports rates it as the best self- propelled mower in the industry. I couldn't agree more.

Great for the environment

If the mower is bogging down on thick grass, it could be because the the mower deck is clogged with grass, or the grass is simply too long to cut in one go. If the grass is very long, consider mowing in stages, cutting off 1/3 of the grass length at a time until you reach your desired height. Remove any dried grass or debris from the mower deck to improve airflow and cutting performance. As the lawn becomes consistently maintained you will see the cut and runtime improve. New Greenworks Electric Mower

Literally took it out of the box and the charger already has a the blinking red light. Crazy that your product is all about the batteries and then the most crucial part of the whole product doesn’t work. Insanity.

The battery is not shipped fully charged. It is recommended to fully charge before first use to ensure that maximum run time can be achieved. This lithium-ion battery will not develop a memory and may be charged at any time. To charge the battery, plug the charger into an AC power outlet. Insert the battery into the charger. A flashing red light on a charger when you first take it out of the box typically indicates a problem with the battery or charger itself. It could mean the battery is critically low, potentially dead, or that the charger is not functioning correctly.
We recommend trying the following troubleshooting tip.
When the battery is inserted into the charger and the status LED blinks red, remove the battery from the charger for 1 minute, then reinsert. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, remove the battery and unplug the charger for 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug in the charger and reinsert the battery. If the status LED blinks green, then the battery is properly charging. If the status LED is still blinking red, then this likely indicates an issue with the battery or charger and will be taken care of by our team. We recommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim.
