Hoping it's "the one" after several others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished putting together our new lawn mower,,,double teamed with husband,,
Directions are written very small...and pictures don't really show thwhole method...tricky, but we got it together.
Standing it upright to get started was a new "method" for us...Husband is 86, and I"m 79...a challenge but we did it. Tomorrow is the true test of it..
Batteries charged in a timely manner..about 40 minutes for 4.0ah and 20+ minutes for 2.oah.
Important to locate model and serial numbers on batteries and charger and mower...

Changing deck height is quite possibly the easiest thing I have ever done on a mower.....quiet......NO MORE EAR PROTECTION
So happy with it.....BOUGHT THE 54 INCH ZERO TURN
Can't wait for that to arrive
Will still use 25 inch for my drainfield
Very happy

Great mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a house warming present and it has done great at doing my 1/4 acre yard. Being a single female home owner its nice to not have to worry about oil or running out of gas now that I have an electric mower!

First Lawn Mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for the past 3 months and I love it! Very quiet and strong! Charging speed is very fast. 1 80v 4.0 battery is sufficient enough to cut my 1/4 acre peoperty.

Grass bagger is underwhelming. Great mower.

This bagger worked correctly the first time I used it. The second time, one of the retention clip popped off. Then, the rubber latch that hold the upper and lower grass chute together, came unscrewed. I'm unable to find yese parts anywhere. FRUSTRATING!!
Pros: Quiet, Powerful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

self propelling system fails on slight grades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this mower for a year and have been impressed and amazed by the improvement over the Honda gas mowers I've used for decades. I have a huge problem with the Greenworks unit in that every time I try to mow a slight grade the mower emits three beeps and the self propelled system shuts down while the blade keeps spinning. The unit turns into a push mower at the worst possible time. this happens even with fully charged 5ah batteries and no matter whether I've been mowing for a while or just starting out. I have to shut the mower down completely and restart everything to get the propelling system to start again. What is causing this and what is the solution?
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
