Fantastic unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 rd year going strong. This thing is a unit it's chewed through tall grass and weeds and gargled chunks of storm debris and it just doesn't care. I haven't even sharpened the blade once. I just got it out to mow sections where repairs from the storm could have left more debris and I don't want to damage my 25 inch newer model.
It chewed through 6-7 inch grass in mulch mode on height setting 3 and wouldn't quit and the grass looked even
despite it all.
I really just wanted the twin battery 21 inch but could only find the 25 inch twin blade. I really wanted self propelled and manual turbo control along with 2 battery ports for the extra energy used. I like the 25 inch it does pretty good so far, but that 21 inch model is strong and hard to beat. Also feels light as a feather.

Side discharge is the only weakness at that is highly dependant on when you mow and what settings. Unlikely to throw rocks and have to sweep grass though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a replacement mower. I have seen this unit on my street, and reviewed its features. It’s impressive. Has either steel or poly surface, stores upright, silent mowing, two huge batteries. Fan driven charger, and charges within 20 min per battery. Great. Both slot into the mower at one time. Best of all, a 4 year warranty. It’s a well made and designed tool. Great design and strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It hasn't function properly when handed over to authorized Greenworks repair station. I had an identical product installed a few weeks earlier and it works fine. So I ordered another unit to to replace a faulty speed assembly on a newer unit. I received a phone call from the authorized service repair shop stating that half of it works but the blade doesn't move. The repair shop has offered to contact Greenworks and inquire what the issue is all about.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combo is great!!!, congratulations for such great products...lower noise, no monoxide close to me, fast and easy. Next life, I will get the two 2 battery combo to keep doing the trimming and blowing after the moving. I took 1 hour to cool down the battery and 45 minutes to recharge and return to the yard. Also the first time I used selfpropelled and it only last 20 minutes the battery, this is not explained in the web site. The advertisement said 1/2 acre. Again you are doing great products but more guidance will be good
