[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the reviews on the Lowe's website and almost didn't purchase. So glad I chose to. The mower was so simple to put together. I cut the corners of the box. Rolled it out, Flipped up the handlebars and screwed them in. I charged the battery full and mowed. Was so pleased at how quiet the mower was and how much lighter it was than the old self-propelled mower I had before. The charge held for my entire yard and the yard looks like velvet. Grateful I talked to others at work who had the mower and listened to them instead of taking what I was reading at face value.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good features, easy to use. Would be better if comes with an extra battery. The company app is not available in the US, that's weird. Registration is a hassle, can't download the receipt.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great package deal for a small yard homeowner! Definitely gets the job done. The neighbors will be jealous.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mower has plenty of power and does not bog down easily.
The self-propel has a bit of lag to engage, but works great. I have noticed that you need to disengage the propel and push a bit to release the lock on the wheels.
Battery does not last for a whole mow, I'm able to get through bout 75% of ~7000 sqft. Not a deal breaker for me as I take care of trimming while the battery charges.
If I were to purchase again I would opt for getting the bundle with two batteries over the one 4Ah.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Products are powerful, light, and easy to use. However, the battery does not last as long as I had hoped based on the description. Definitely enough to do a small yard, but for my larger yard I need to re-charge, usually just once. The re-charge is pretty fast though.
Received this mower under warranty. First mower handle would not latch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used once. Quiet. Cut in morning for cool weather. A heavy dew on grass. Mower does not like wet grass. Grass was 8" plus. Cut better than my corded electric mower. Took a lot less effort. Had to stop several times to clean grass from under mower housing. Battery life was less than I was expecting. I had to charge the batteries to complete the cut. I have less than 8000 sq ft of grass. With length of grass and wetness ran on turbo. The two combined probably did not help battery life. Will cut grass in evening next time when the grass should be dry. But I was pleased with the overall performance.
