Hello YANHUA, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the charger stopped working after only one use. Before assuming it has failed, here are a few troubleshooting steps that often resolve charging issues: First, plug the charger directly into a known working wall outlet (avoid extension cords or power strips), and if possible try a different outlet to rule out a tripped breaker or GFCI outlet reset. Next, check the charger indicator lights, if there are no lights at all, unplug the charger for 5 -10 minutes to reset its internal protection circuit, then plug it back in and try again. Also inspect the battery and charger contacts to ensure they are clean, dry, and fully seated. Even a slight misalignment can prevent charging. If you have another compatible battery, test the charger with it to determine whether the issue is with the battery or charger. Likewise, test your battery in a different compatible charger if available. Make sure the battery is not too hot or too cold, as temperature protection can temporarily prevent charging until it returns to room temperature. Finally, inspect the power cord for any visible damage or kinks. If none of these steps restore normal operation, werecommend contacting our customer support team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to make the switch to a battery powered lawn mower, but I am so glad I did. I was worried about the thick grass and how it would handle that. It does amazing. It will use the battery faster, but with a 2 port battery it is sufficient. The batteries charge fast, so it's no problem for me if I can't finish the lawn on one battery charge. I get a decent amount moved with just one battery. Two batteries is a plus.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, upgraded from gas mower, so I wouldn't need to store gas over longer northern winter, alot less maintenance. Also, the amount of vibrations made by this mower are so much less.
Great features, ease of use, much lighter then I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit a month ago and was presently surprised how light the mower is, which makes it easy to maneuver around turns. The self propelled is great even though its a rear wheel drive, still easily works, just need to get used to the releasing the lever just before a turn to release the drive feature.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble, start up and use. I haven't had it long, so I can't speak to longevity yet, but so far so good.
I bought this mower two weeks ago, super happy with it out of the box. first trial mowing, the 2AH battery was dead in about 15 mins. Second trail mowing, both batteries gone in about 30 mins. Not a chance this mower with these batteries will mow anywhere near 3/4 acre. my lot is 1/2 acre and there is a house, patio, garage, barn etc on half of it. I'm not getting close to 1/4 acre on a charge. Grass isn't super long, but I am using the walk behind (powered wheel drive) feature.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear you are happy with the mower’s overall performance, but we understand how frustrating the runtime has been. Battery runtime on the 80V platform can vary quite a bit depending on usage conditions, and using the self-propelled drive does place additional demand on the batteries. Factors like grass thickness, cutting height (especially lower settings), mowing speed, and terrain can all impact how long the batteries last. To help improve runtime, you might try mowing at a slightly higher deck height, using the self-propel feature only when needed, and maintaining a steady, moderate walking pace. Keeping the blade sharp and mowing more frequently to avoid heavier cuts can also make a noticeable difference. It is also worth noting that a 2.0Ah battery will provide shorter runtime compared to a 4.0Ah, so performance may feel limited when relying on smaller-capacity batteries, especially with self-propel engaged. For larger areas or extended sessions, higher-capacity batteries (such as 4.0Ah or above) are typically better suited. If you continue to see a reduced runtime under normal mowing conditions, it may be worth reaching out to Greenworks for further evaluation. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxed this machine just now. Looks good, especially for the price point. Easy set up, one screwdriver and two screws. I knew it when I bought it but not a fan of the plastic deck, but it works as I only will deal with a partial part of my yard that will be manicured. I liked the other greenworks products, if the overall quality is the same, I’ll be happy.
