[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lawnmower is excellent. Battery lasts very long. However, I'd have to mow my lawn continuously once every 2 weeks for it to be effective. Otherwise, it would clog up
I want to love this mower but the cut quality is poor, even at the highest setting, flat ground,etc.. I took it to an authorized service center and they agreed that the cut quality was poor but the blades were balanced, sharp, etc so there was nothing technically wrong. Not sure what to do as I am not sure it is just my mower or if it is all mowers of this type.
Pros: Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello ppinrich.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear of this experience. When the lawn is being cut uneven, this can indicate a few different things. The first being that the lawn itself is rough or uneven. However, if this is not the case then it is possible that the grass is too tall, or the cutting height is set too low for the type of grass. Try raising the cutting height and reduce walking speed to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months. We hope these suggestion provide a more enjoyable user experience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this mower! The only gripe is that one of the batteries went out so we are trying to get it replaced but otherwise it is super user friendly and fun to use, we can adjust the height easily and store upright. I love how it has the light for evening mows and also the self propeller system because we have a lawn on a slope.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this mower for a year now and it has simply been amazing! The 5ah battery is a beast for sure. Easily tackles my yard at 3/4 of an acre. I plan on upgrading soon!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First use impressions: • Incredibly easy to assemble, right out of the box • Intuitive controls: Operation remarkably simple • Exceptional cutting performance • Multiple options for storage
This product did not even last a year. i ran it less than 15 times and from the very beginning the blade did not cut completely and required me to go over the lawn twice. In addition, the back wheels have locked up and prevented me from running it. Also, the battery now only lasts about 15 minutes before needing a recharge. Stay away from this product.

Hello psigos.
Thank you for your review. We are not sure what specifications you are referring to, but we regret to hear that you do not recommend this product. Many customers have had great success with this model and come to enjoy it in our product line up. We wish it could have provided the same experience for you. With the included 4Ah battery, you can expect up to 45 minutes of mowing time, in ideal conditions. Runtimes can vary depending on a few factors, including but not limited to using self-propelled, self-propelled mowers do use more battery than standard push mowers as more power is being demanded from the battery to run the blades and the wheels. Grass texture and consistency. Cutting height and lawn size. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional batteries. If you have batteries from another 80V kit these 80V batteries would be compatible with your 80V SP mower, please note, the higher the Ah (amp hour) the more runtime a battery will provide. We recommend a 4Ah battery or higher for optimal runtime. The good news is you don’t have to wait until the batteries are completely depleted prior to charging them, lithium-ion batteries do not have a memory effect and charging them when they’re not fully depleted won’t do any damage. It takes about 30 minutes to charge the battery, and you’ll know when it’s ready because the light on the charger will turn from red to green. If you don’t let the grass, get too high, you’ll be in good shape as far as getting an even cut. However, if you’ve let the grass get long, you’ll likely need to make a few passes for it to look even. One of the ways it’s able to provide a consistent cut is its sensory technology. This technology senses how tough or high the grass is and adjusts the power output accordingly. So, if you’re going over a flat area with low grass, it won’t put out as much in the way of RPMs, and if it hits a tougher spot, it ramps up the power to keep up. We would like to address your concerns with the back wheels. The self-propelled feature is not usable in reverse. They are designed to lock when pulled back to prevent damage to the drive belt. If you are using the self-propelled feature, the mower will attempt to move forward and will be difficult to move backwards. You would have to release the self-propelled lever to pull the mower backwards while still holding onto the start lever. We hope this information provides a better overall user experience.

I ought this spring 2023. Works as advertised. My 85 year old wife likes to mow our lawn and does it well.the only thing she struggles is battery removal.
Assembly instructions are worthless. I’ve used mine about three times and the metal part that the rubber part on the tube coming out of the mower broke off. I don’t know what to call that part. The other problem I have is that the discharge tubes easily clog and require disassembly and reassembly of those tubes. That is a lot of work.
Pros: Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Powerful
